Every individual has a unique fingerprint, but they also have a unique handwriting style, thus a unique signature. When a person signs their name to a document they are pledging they will fulfill whatever that document or charge might be. But how good is that signature? It’s only ink on paper. It’s really only as good as the person behind the signature. And that’s what we call their Life Signature.
Their personal Life Signature represents who they really are. Each Leader also has a unique Leadership Signature. Their Leadership Signature is who they truly are as a Leader in the eyes of those they lead. It will determine their followship, effectiveness, and ultimately the level of success they will be able to achieve.
The workshop will walk them through the key drivers that will determine what their Life /
Leadership Signature represents and how to develop the Signature they desire and
need to reach their potential and for their organization to achieve its goals.
This program works in tandem with the Leadership Signature workshop and can be combined with it. Just like individuals have Life Signatures and Leaders have Leadership Signatures, Leadership Teams also have a unique Signature. This program is broken into two parts. In the first part, the participants go through the
2.5 hour Life / Leadership workshop to understand their personal Life / Leadership Signature. That session is followed by the Leadership Team as a whole, going through the same exercises but working as a Leadership Team to answer each of the four segments in the program.
When you examine the outcome of athletic events, you’ll find more times than not, more games are lost than won. By that statement I mean one team will lose the game due to performance issues, mental errors, not being prepared etc. and the team that commits the fewest mistakes will claim the victory.
That same truth relates to the business world. Many times, organizations will lose a customer not because of what their competition does but because they put that customer into “play” by failing to do the things needed to maintain and earn their business.
This unique method of examining all aspects of the organization brings to light significant opportunities for performance and culture improvement.
