This program works in tandem with the Leadership Signature workshop and can be combined with it. Just like individuals have Life Signatures and Leaders have Leadership Signatures, Leadership Teams also have a unique Signature.
This program is broken into two parts. In the first part, the participants go through the 2.5 hour Life / Leadership workshop to understand their personal Life / Leadership Signature. That session is followed by the Leadership Team as a whole, going through the same exercises but working as a Leadership Team to answer each of the four segments in the program.
