Every organization and Leadership Team is obviously made up of people and we know people are different. That can be a positive thing, but it can also create issues within theorganization. Using the Herrmann Int’l Whole Brain Thinking model that was developed back in the late 80’s as part of the GE Senior Executive Training Program and is now used by over 60% of the Fortune 500 companies, we help Leaders and Leadership Teams understand their personal preferred /dominant thinking style along with the diversity or lack thereof of thinking styles in the Leadership Team.

There are four distinct preferred / dominant thinking styles which are all of equal importance and play a key role in how a Leadership Team communicates, works together, and makes decisions.
