When a person signs their name to a document they are pledging they will fulfill whatever that document or charge might be. But how good is that signature? It’s only ink on paper. It’s really only as good as the person behind the signature. And that’s what we call their Life Signature.
Their personal Life Signature represents who they really are. Each Leader also has a unique Leadership Signature. Their Leadership Signature is who they truly are as a Leader in the eyes of those they lead.
